- 2 cans of Sam’s Club Member’s Mark Chunk Chicken Breast (or 1 1/2 pounds cooked and diced chicken)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 boiled eggs, diced
- 3/4 to 1 cup cup sliced red grapes
- 1/3 cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 cup “clean” mayo: Sir Kensington’s or Primal Kitchen or use your regular mayo-but look at that ingredient list and think about it. Adjust amount mayo to your preference. Millie likes more than P Robby.
- Salt and Pepper to taste
