Combine in Crockpot:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 jar Pace Garlic – Lime Salsa Verde
- 1 can rinsed and drained black beans
- 1 can corn
- 1 can of Rotel stewed tomatoes
- 1 can chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken breasts, shred chicken, return to crock pot.
- *Optional, before serving, add a can of coconut milk for creamy texture and healthy fat. Stir.
- Garnish with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado
