Combine in Crockpot:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 jar Pace Garlic – Lime Salsa Verde
  • 1 can rinsed and drained black beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can of Rotel stewed tomatoes 
  • 1 can chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken breasts, shred chicken, return to crock pot. 

  • *Optional, before serving, add a can of coconut milk for creamy texture and healthy fat. Stir.
  • Garnish with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced avocado
